Sir Cleans a Lot was born out of two things. First, the world is a beautiful place and we’d like to help keep it that way. We find that life is full of problems and litter is one problem we’d like to help
solve. Secondly, we also find that the world is full of consumption and not enough production. Our family slowly evolved from a place of complacency and consumption to a place where we should get off the couch and produce something of value. We believe that if we help to lead the way in our local communities, keep them beautiful, we can inspire and bring others along the way and help them create
their own value to the world. A rising tide lifts all boats. We have a calling to serve others!

Parking Lot Sweeping
Using specialized hand tools, we will traverse and go where no power sweeping company will. Our crews will walk on foot and improve the curb appeal of your parking lot by sweeping up and collecting litter and debris such as food wrappers, bottles, cans, cigarettes, coffee cups, broken glass, and a lot more.
Litter Cleanup & Debris Cleanup
We don’t just solely focus on your parking lot as our service area. We go beyond the pavement to eliminate and maintain any litter and debris that has accumulated within the property boundaries. This includes dumpsters zones, loading docks, basins, landscaped areas, storefront sidewalks, and fence lines. We simply survey these areas for litter/debris and issue them a one-way ticket to the dumpster.
Empty and Reline Exterior Trash Receptacles
One of the most unsightly portraits of any retail or commercial center, is an over flowing trashcan. Not only does this look bad, but it also invites critters, animals, and a terrible stench to go along with it. Let us take care of this for you on a daily basis or on a schedule of your own choosing. Whichever frequency you decide, we will haul the old trash bags to the dumpster and reline the receptacle with a fresh liner giving you peace of mind.
Power Blow Storefront Sidewalks
One of the most overlooked areas of a commercial property are those that are closest to the center of all the action-the storefront sidewalks. The area against the stores is a natural spot for litter/debris to accumulate as they act as a wind catcher/trap. Not only does this contribute to an eye sore but also think about how many cigarette butts collect in between the sidewalk cracks. Smokers typically smoke and discard their butts in this area. We offer storefront power blowing service to quickly and efficiently whisk away these items into the parking lot where they can be swept up and out of sight.
Reporting
As a free bonus offered to our clients, we will report any property related issues to management. Illegal dumping of bulk trash items, homeless encampments, abandoned vehicles, vandalism, and graffiti are amongst the top issues that we encounter the most. These will be communicated directly to the property manager as we come across them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Anything we sweep up and collect within your property boundaries will be placed into a dumpster that is on the premises. If it fits in your dumpster, we pick it up!
We find it most beneficial and effective to service a property when there is the least amount of foot and vehicular traffic. Most of the work is performed prior to the opening of the stores or around closing time or after the stores have closed up for the night.
While our friends in the power sweeping industry do an excellent job in sweeping up sediment, dust, and sand from curbs/gutters, we have observed that those hard to get to places are rarely ever the focus. Areas such as the landscape beyond the asphalt, corners, loading docks, and storefronts don’t get the attention that they deserve. We have the advantage of being completely on foot so we can traverse every type of terrain that lays before us. Plus using our specialized hand tools, we can quickly and efficiently service the property with ease and still have a smile on our faces.
That’s up to you! We can do daily 7x/week service or as little as 1x/week. We will customize a litter cleanup program that is right for you.
