Title got your attention? OK-good! That’s right, we do not want to clean your lot.

Cleaning takes longer and is usually something that has to be done when an environment is so out of control and order. It’s more of a reactive action rather than a proactive one. Cleaning infers that the mess is so unsightly and prevalent that everyone notices how bad it is before it is cleaned up.

What we like to do instead is to maintain a property. Maintaining involves a more regular and frequent schedule to ensure the ultimate tip top shape of the property. The more frequent the intervals of the service, the more and more your customers won’t notice any litter and trash at all. Maintaining your property with higher intervals of service is beneficial in four ways:

  1. It’s more cost effective as it takes less and less time for us as your provider to spend cleaning the property. The cost per service is less if say a property is serviced 5x/week than it would be at 3x/week. We offer a discounted rate at a higher frequency of service. Ultimately, the less time we spend servicing it, the more money you save.
  2. The property itself appears cleaner and less messy. It’s almost as if we’re right behind some customer who is about to throw a water bottle on the ground and we are there to catch it. The more a property is serviced, the less time litter is blowing about the property. If a service provider is hired to service a property 2x/week, well then the span of time where trash is laying around is longer and this will be more noticeable to potential customers and shoppers alike. On the flip side, if it is being maintained 5x/week, that’s less time that the public will see any potential litter on the property. The more we are there, the less likely it is that you will notice unsightly garbage.
  3. You’ll increase property values. Let’s face it, when you’re trying to potentially sell something, you want to keep it appealing to a buyer. A good curb appeal communicates to a buyer and the public that this property is in demand and attractive. Just think about any 2 identical items that you compare and contrast when making a buying decision. Do you want the old beat up car or do you want the car that has some tire shine on it and a nice coat of wax? The same applies to retail properties. The more it is maintained, the higher the curb appeal, and the higher the demand.
  4. Mitigate the risk of insurance claims due to negligent property upkeep. Unfortunately, we live in a litigious society where accidents do occur. Trip and fall incidents do occur more than you think. When it comes to litter and trash spread out along your property, there is an increased chance that someone could trip or stumble over an object and injure themselves. Take a plastic soda bottle for instance. Sadly, we’ve seen first hand people texting while walking and stepping on plastic bottles. The end result usually entails that person falling and breaking a wrist. Keeping up on your litter property maintenance is a good insurance policy against liability claims. Leave it to us to keep the ground free and clear of any hazardous obstacles that could ensure the safety of the public and insure you against liability claims.

Keeping a property looking great adds a lot of value to your customers and their customers. While cleaning a property is doable, it’s actually maintaining a property that shows that you’re willing to go the extra mile and show that you really care about the appearance of the grounds and the safety of the public. Whichever you choose, rest assured we’ll be here to serve you the best way possible.
